Been taking my son here for about 5 years It’s like a money factory. You can tell slots are triple and double booked. Once you are seen the dentist and/or ortho are phenomenal but you have to plan half your day around a dentist appointment. It’s very in and out once you are given a moment to actually be seen. They stalk you about future appointments so be prepared for that.

Didn't seem like a dentist at first when you walk in. There is nothing on the walls (posters with silly teeth, about dental health, ect.) the children's area had nothing for the kiddos to play with (only had TVs) and the bathroom was disgusting. They didnt use tools on my kiddos teeth to scrap off what they should before brushing and applying any vitamins. The staff was pleasant, caring a very easy to get along with. However, they didnt ask for the insurance cards for my kiddos like any other dental place would (especially for new patients) and they didnt even offer a new tooth brush, toothpaste, floss or prize/sticker when they were done examining my kiddos.

My hygienist had recommended to take my son to Smiles 4 Keeps Wilkes & I could not be more pleased with our experience! Welcoming service from everyone we encountered (from scheduling to checkout) all the hygienists/techs were so friendly, patient & efficient (I'm sorry that I did not get their names) all while ensuring he was comfortable. Dr Matt was simply the BEST! He was very informative and took the time to explain everything to me AND included my son in the conversation/teaching. 👏 The way Dr Matt interacted with my son as he worked was clear he loves his job & was made for Pediatrics! In other words. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

I recently visited this newly opened dental office, and I had a really great experience. From the moment I walked in, everything felt organized and professional. The staff made me feel comfortable right away, which is something I really appreciate when going to the dentist. What stood out the most was how clearly everything was explained to me. They took the time to break down each step of the process so I fully understood what was going on and what to expect. That level of communication made a big difference. A special thank you to Kim, who was incredibly kind and patient, and to the doctor for being thorough and professional throughout my visit. It’s clear they care about their patients and take pride in what they do. I would definitely recommend this office to anyone looking for a dental team that is professional, friendly, and takes the time to make sure you feel informed and comfortable.

Kimberly and the staff were amazing! very attentive and caring. They were very quick with appointments and caring and gentle for a new space! Appointments are quick and the space is clean. I will be back and definitely will be referring others here! Thank you very much!
